For larger breweries, the brewhouse includes mash cooker, mash mixer, lauter tun, brew kettle, whilpool tank. Usually some brewers prefer to make brew kettle & whirlpool tank combination to save money & space room. For the agitators, we suggest to mount motor on the bottom to avoid oil leakage into the wort. YoLong designs vessels as a very reasonable headspace.
- Mash Cooker, 35% headspace
- Mash Mixer, 35% headspace
- Lauter tun, 30% headspace
- Kettle, 40% headspace
For microbreweries, restaurant & brew pubs, a lot of combination types can be chosen.
